What is a flex card?

One of the no-cost benefits we provide is a flexible spending card (also known as your Flex Card) that you can use to buy products you need to live healthier. Your flex card is pre-loaded with a benefit allowance to help you pay for out-of-pocket health related costs and some everyday expenses to boost your well-being.

• How much do I get to spend?
  • Our flexible spending card gives you a $100 allowance per quarter ¹ to purchase eligible over-the-counter (OTC) products.
• What are some examples of the products I can buy?
  • First aid supplies, pain relievers, cough and cold remedies, vitamins, dental products like toothpaste, incontinence products, eye and ear care and much more.
• How can I order and where can I shop?
  • In store: Shop at your favorite local retailers, like Andronico’s, Safeway, Walgreens, and other participating retailers like Walmart, CVS², Costco, and more. For a full list of eligible retailers, go to andmorehealth.com or open the andmore mobile app.
  • En línea: Want items delivered to your door? It’s easy to shop online at andmorehealth.com. Look for the link to “Shop OTC Online.” You can browse and order items directly from your catalog.

• How do I find out what my balance is?
  • Your balance is always a text away. After January 1, 2026, text “BALANCE” to 53746 to get your real-time benefit balance.

  • Check your balance
  • Review past transactions

¹Any remaining balance rolls over to the next quarter. Any remaining balance at the end of the year does not roll over to the next year.
