Medi-Cal Renewal Support

You must renew your Medi-Cal to keep your health care coverage.  

Make sure you take the right steps so you can keep seeing your doctor and getting the care you need! 

The Alliance is your Medi-Cal health plan if you live in Mariposa, Merced, Monterey, San Benito or Santa Cruz County. However, we do not process Medi-Cal renewals. Medi-Cal renewals and applications are handled by your county. Getting help with your renewal does not mean your Medi-Cal will be renewed.
