Central California Alliance for Health is pleased to announce a new grant opportunity: the Medi-Cal Member Outreach and Retention (MOR) Program. This grant program supports local organizations working to help Medi-Cal members remain enrolled in Medi-Cal and connected to care.
MOR grant applications are currently being accepted from organizations serving Mariposa, Merced, Monterey, San Benito, and Santa Cruz counties. Applications are due March 27, 2026, with award decisions anticipated at the end of April.

Recent federal policy changes have increased the risk that Medi-Cal members may lose coverage due to missed renewal notices, paperwork challenges, language barriers or confusion about eligibility requirements. The MOR Program invests in trusted community partners to provide outreach, education, and hands-on assistance to help members successfully renew and maintain Medi-Cal coverage.

Wednesday, March 18, 2026 from 10 to 11 a.m. via Microsoft Teams
During this webinar, we will share:
- An overview of the Medi-Cal Member Outreach and Retention Program and available funding:
- Tier 1: Outreach and education activities to raise awareness about Medi-Cal eligibility and renewal requirements.
- Tier 2: Direct assistance helping Medi-Cal members complete the renewal (redetermination) process.
- MOR Program eligibility requirements and application guidance.
- An opportunity for questions and answers.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with the calendar invitation and link to join the meeting. The webinar will be recorded, and all registrants will receive the recording and related resources after the event.
