¡Nuevo sitio web, mismo portal para proveedores!
The Alliance website has a new look and feel, but the Provider Portal is the same! You can access it at www.thealliance.health/for-providers/provider-portal/. You can also take a shortcut to the portal page from the top menu bar or dropdown menu of our website, www.thealliance.health
Our updated website includes resources for using the Provider Portal, such as:
- Answers to frequently asked questions.
- Detailed how-to instructions in the Provider Portal User Guide.
- A handy guide to linked member reports found in the Provider Portal Quick Reference.
- Steps to set up a portal account on the Provider Portal Account Request Form
Note that the portal works best if you are using Google Chrome as your browser.
As always, our Provider Services team is here to help you with any questions or concerns. You can contact a Provider Portal Representative at 831-430-5518.
