At the Alliance, we care about your health. That’s why our health education programs give Alliance members the tools to get healthy and stay healthy. With the Alliance Health Rewards program, you can get a reward for getting routine care. We also connect members to wellness resources in our service areas.

Visiting the Doctor
Checkups are regular visits to the doctor that are important to your health and the health of your family.
Make sure you and your children get all your vaccines to stay healthy. Talk to your doctor about which vaccines you need and when you need to get them.
Living with a Condition
In the Healthy Breathing for Life Program, you and your child can learn new ways to manage asthma.
The Alliance offers the Live Better with Diabetes and Diabetes Prevention programs for all ages. Classes are offered in individual and group settings.
Living with a chronic condition like diabetes, depression or high blood pressure can be hard. Join a Healthier Living Program (HLP) workshop.
Mothers and Babies
Alliance members have access to breastfeeding education and lactation support. These benefits are available to promote the health of the child and the mother.
The Alliance's Healthy Moms and Healthy Babies (HMHB) program offers education and helps pregnant women get early prenatal and postpartum care.
Weight Management
Childhood obesity puts kids at risk for health problems that were once seen only in adults, such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease.
Healthy eating and physical activity can reduce the risk of obesity-related health problems. Alliance members can join a Wellness that works program.
Tobacco
The Alliance supports members who want to stop smoking and/or using tobacco products. Members can participate in the Tobacco Cessation Support Program.
