The Alliance is offering a new incentive program encouraging members to get their COVID-19 booster shot when they are eligible to get it. Boosters offer the best chance of avoiding serious illness, hospitalization and potential complications from COVID-19.
Alliance booster incentive program highlights
Member incentive: A $50 Target gift card.
Who is eligible: All Alliance Medi-Cal members 12 years of age or older who are due to get their Pfizer, Moderna or Johnson & Johnson booster shot.
Cuando: Gift cards will be distributed to members who receive their booster shot from March 1, 2022, through May 31, 2022. Gift cards will be mailed to members or handed out at point-of-service at participating clinics.
