This training is designed to strengthen cultural competency, improve sensitivity and advance health equity to better serve California’s diverse Medi-Cal population.
DEIB 교육에 대하여
- 새로운 공급자: 새로운 공급자는 다음 기간 내에 교육을 완료해야 합니다. 90일 시작 날짜와 그 동안 다시 re-credentialing or contract renewal.
- 콘텐츠: The training includes best practices around cultural humility and sensitivity, region-specific member needs, health equity guidelines and strategies to reduce health disparities.
- Oversight: Each health plan’s Health Equity Officer will oversee the program, which aligns with NCQA Health Equity Accreditation standards.
