Adult Weight Management
Healthy eating and physical activity can reduce the risk of obesity-related health problems. That’s why the Alliance provides scholarships for members to participate in the WeightWatchers program.
During program meetings, members will learn about healthy eating, staying active and creating health and wellness goals. Ask your primary care provider (PCP) if this program is right for you.
If you would like to enroll in a program, please complete the Health Programs Sign-up form. If you have questions about services, please call the Alliance Health Education Line at 800-700-3874, ext. 5580. We offer language assistance services at no cost.
Learn about other programs for members on our Health and Wellness page.
