About Your Health Plan
The Alliance covers most health care services provided by your PCP, doctors, hospitals and licensed allied health care providers. There are some services that are covered by Medi-Cal but not through the Alliance. You can read more about covered services and how to get them in the Get Care section of the website.
The Member Handbook tells you about your Medi-Cal coverage under the Alliance. The Member Handbook is also known as your Evidence of Coverage (EOC). It will help you understand and use your benefits and services. It also explains your rights and responsibilities as a member of the Alliance.
If you would like a printed copy, at no cost to you, you can ask for one in either of the following ways:
- Fill out the online order form.
- Call Member Services at the Alliance to request one.
Yes! The Member Handbook has been translated into other languages and is available for free. You can also get the Member Handbook for free in other formats, such as braille, 18-point font large print and audio. For help, call Member Services.
