Community Impact Reports

Community Impact Reports highlight the achievements of grantee partners and our progress in achieving our mission of providing accessible, quality health care guided by local innovation. In 2021, we incorporated community outreach programs to provide a comprehensive view of our community impact.

The Beat

The Beat is our bi-monthly newsletter for community partners who share our vision of healthy people and healthy communities. Stay up to date on the activities, services and programs that positively affect the health of our communities.
