Alliance Care IHSS Price Transparency Tool
Alliance Care IHSS members can use the price transparency tool to see how much a copayment for a covered service will cost before they get care.
To see copayment and provider reimbursement amounts, you must type in:
- The name of the provider or clinic where services will be accessed.
- The procedure code or procedure code description of the service that will be provided.

Transparency in Coverage (CMS Final Rule 9915) Machine-readable Files
You must enter the provider, specialist or facility name and the procedure code description in English.
To view search results in your preferred language, select the language from the Google Translate dropdown. After you choose a language, all text will be translated.
The Alliance uses Google Translate, a third-party translation service, in the price transparency tool. We cannot guarantee that translations will be exact or without the inclusion of incorrect or inappropriate language.
