Are you a new Alliance member?
New members need to complete an Initial Health Appointment (IHA) within 120 days of joining the Alliance. The IHA, also called a New Patient Exam, helps your doctor understand your health history and care needs. Learn more about this first visit with your doctor and why it is important.
Funding opportunities for ECM/CS providers
There is incentive funding available to support local providers in their work within Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports (CS) services. The CalAIM Incentive Payment Program addresses gaps and the building of infrastructure and capacity for ECM/CS services. The Capacity and Infrastructure Transition, Expansion and Development (CITED) Initiative provides funding to enable the transition, expansion and development of ECM/CS services.
Community Health Worker Benefit
Are you a Community Health Worker? The Alliance is actively recruiting community-based organizations to become credentialed and provide the Community Health Worker (CHW) benefit for Medi-Cal members. CHWs – promotors, community service aides or health navigators - help members get equitable access to services and improve the quality and cultural competence of service delivery.
