- Clinical services.
- Preventive services.
- Infection control.
The review evaluates:
- Procedures/practices.
- Staff training.
- Policies.
- Accessibility.
- Equipment.
- Infection prevention protocol.
- Pharmaceutical services.
- Medical and non-medical emergency preparedness.
- Operational protocols.

- Minor’s rights statement and documentation of self-sufficient minor status
- Office management:
