Access Your Health Information
Coming soon, Alliance members can access, or get, their health information through the smartphone or desktop application (app) of their choice. You will be able to review information about your past visits to Alliance providers. You will also be able to review other health history information dating back to January 1, 2016.
You can get information about your medications, lab results, immunization records and more. This allows you to track your health and share your information with your doctor(s).
When you get your health information online, you can see your medical history as an Alliance member and track your health. When it is ready, you will be able to see information like your:
- Past doctor visits.
- Medications that are prescribed.
- Lab tests and results.
- Care team and more!
You will also be able to share your online health information with your doctors. This can help them provide you with better care.
When the signup process is ready, you will not be able to get your health information online right away. You will have to follow a signup process first. Signing up allows you to access your health information through an application or “app” that you choose to use.
We will only certify apps that pass basic security standards. You will be able to choose a trusted app from our approved list. Each app has its own policies and is not under the control of the Alliance.
To remove an app’s permission to get your information, you can choose to “revoke consent” or cancel, at any time. You can opt out through the app or through the Alliance.
We will update this page with the latest information. This will include details on how to sign up and answers to frequently asked questions.
