Some highlights from our 2023 Provider Satisfaction Survey include:
- 88% of providers who responded indicated that they are overall satisfied with the Alliance.
- 95% of providers indicated they would recommend the Alliance to other physicians.
- In areas of core health plan operations, providers rated the Alliance at or above the 79th percentile compared to other health plans surveyed by SPH Analytics.

Incentive programs
The Alliance offers incentive programs for primary care providers (PCPs) and specialists to improve member experience and reduce disparities. PCPs can receive Care-Based Incentive payments for optimizing member care.
Specialized training
We’re proud to support providers with a wealth of care management resources to deliver the highest quality of services to Alliance members. The Alliance offers training for new providers in topics like claims, quality improvement, practice coaching, and Cultural & Linguistic Services.
