Your Provider Relations Representative will regularly check in with you and is your first point of contact regarding Alliance business matters.

Incentive programs

The Alliance offers incentive programs for primary care providers (PCPs) and specialists to improve member experience and reduce disparities. PCPs can receive Care-Based Incentive payments for optimizing member care.

Specialized training

We’re proud to support providers with a wealth of care management resources to deliver the highest quality of services to Alliance members. The Alliance offers training for new providers in topics like claims, quality improvement, practice coaching, and Cultural & Linguistic Services.
