The Alliance invites you to attend a Behavioral Health webinar on Wednesday, May 21, from noon to 1 p.m. Our in-house Behavioral Health Manager and Behavioral Health Medical Director will speak on important topics that impact providers and patients alike.
The webinar will also include a Q&A about the upcoming transition from Carelon to the Alliance, as we begin managing these services in-house.

TotalCare D-SNP preparation – we’re here to help!
The “go-live” date for announcing to members the launch of the Alliance’s TotalCare (HMO D-SNP) Medicare Advantage plan is October 1, 2025. To help you prepare, we encourage you to let your Provider Relations Representative know:
- What your concerns are.
- What questions you may have.
- What we can do to help you prepare for the TotalCare launch on 10/1/25, (effective date of 1/1/26.)
- When you can expect to receive your amended contract, adding you to the DSNP provider network.
