The Alliance will transition from to a new care management system called Jiva on July 15, 2024. This shift will enhance our service offerings and streamline your experience.
Please register for one of our virtual training sessions ahead of the transition. These training sessions will provide an overview of the new Jiva platform, including a step-by-step demonstration on how to log in and manage requests for authorizations and referrals.
