Coming soon: care management system transition to Jiva
The Alliance will be updating from Essette to a new care management called Jiva. This shift will enhance our service offerings and streamline your experience, providing you with the best tools and resources to deliver exceptional care to members —especially those with complex medical and social needs.
Why are we changing systems?
The Alliance requires many process improvements, features and efficiencies that are not available in the current system.
With Jiva, you can expect a user-friendly interface and improved functionalities. The new system will provide better tools to support modern care management processes, more flexible reporting, reliable software support and more.
How can I prepare for the transition?
We will keep providers informed on the timeline for the transition to Jiva.
Ahead of the transition, the Alliance will provide training materials, online webinars and short videos for easy reference.
We understand the importance of continuity in your workflow and patient care. We aim to implement this system transition with no interruption to routine business operations.
