Mary W. Zavala, LCSW, MPP, MA. Zavala is a health care consultant with experience in person-centered care, Medi-Cal managed care and CalAIM implementation. She previously led ECM and Community Supports at L.A. Care and San Francisco Health Plan.
Mikah Owen, M.D., MPH, FAAP. Dr. Owen is senior director of clinical and academic programs at UCAAN. He is a former adviser to the ACEs Aware initiative and has served as a pediatrician and faculty member at UC Davis Health.
Cynthia Carmona, MPA. Carmona is a policy expert who has led major initiatives including My Health LA, Health Homes and CalAIM ECM and Community Supports. She now consults with organizations on CalAIM implementation and system transformation.
