We speak our members’ languages!

We want to make sure our members can communicate with their health care providers and understand the materials we send to them. We provide the following services, at no cost to our members:

Language assistance to members whose primary language is not English, such as:

  • Qualified interpreters, either in-person or over the phone.
  • Written information translated into other languages.

Aids and services to members with disabilities to help them communicate better, such as:

  • In-person, qualified American Sign Language interpreters.
  • Written information in alternative formats, including large print, audio and accessible electronic formats.

To receive these services, members can call the Alliance Health Education Line at 800-700-3874, ext. 5580. For the Hearing or Speech Assistance Line, members can call 800-735-2929 for English and 800-855-3000 for Spanish (TTY: Dial 711).
