The Alliance website has a new look and feel, but the Provider Portal is the same! You can access it at www.thealliance.health/for-providers/provider-portal/. You can also take a shortcut to the portal page from the top menu bar or dropdown menu of our website, www.thealliance.health
Our updated website includes resources for using the Provider Portal, such as:
- Answers to frequently asked questions.
- Detailed how-to instructions in the Provider Portal User Guide.
- A handy guide to linked member reports found in the Provider Portal Quick Reference.
- Steps to set up a portal account on the Provider Portal Account Request Form
Note that the portal works best if you are using Google Chrome as your browser.
