Look for the Provider Satisfaction Survey, support for new moms + APL updates
Take the Alliance Provider Satisfaction Survey!
As one of our valued providers, we want to hear your feedback! The Provider Satisfaction Survey, which will be coming to you starting in August via email and mail, helps us gather your insights and suggestions.
Press Ganey, formerly known as SPH Analytics, will be mailing out the survey beginning in August, followed by telephone surveys in September and October.
Please fill out the survey by Oct. 28, 2024.
The survey measures overall provider satisfaction with the Alliance, as well as satisfaction in areas such as:
- Claims payment and processing.
- Health care services.
- Coordination of care.
- Health plan call center staff.
- Provider relations.
- Access to urgent and routine care.
- Cultural and Linguistic Services.
- Community care coordination.
- The Provider Portal.
Key findings and trends are closely tracked to inform short-term and long-term initiatives.
Thank you in advance to all provider offices taking the time to participate in the survey. We appreciate your candid feedback and your partnership with us to provide accessible, quality health care guided by local innovation!
Refer members to our Healthy Moms, Healthy Babies program!
Help our pregnant members get early prenatal and postpartum care with our Healthy Moms and Healthy Babies (HMHB) program. HMHB provides education to support a healthy pregnancy. Through the program, members receive referrals to local free or low-cost community resources. Members can also receive rewards for their participation.
To refer an Alliance member to HMHB, submit the Health Education and Disease Management Programs referral form. Members can also self-refer by calling the Alliance Health Education Line at 800-700-3874, ext. 5580.
Thank you for helping to improve access to accessible, quality health care for our members.
