HEDIS reports are now available for Alliance Providers!
The 2023 Healthcare Effectiveness Data Information Set (HEDIS) results are in and ready for Alliance providers to review. View your site’s performance to see how you compare against national and state benchmarks. Evaluating your performance against benchmarks can help you to identify gaps in care that might otherwise go unnoticed.
To get a copy of your site’s HEDIS results, please email [email protected] with the subject line “HEDIS Report”, noting the clinic that you represent. Reports will only be sent to email accounts with a registered domain (no gmail, yahoo, etc.).
Provider Portal updates help clinics with member outreach
Based on provider requests, the Alliance has made enhancements to the Provider Portal to assist clinics in their population health outreach/projects.
We have made the following enhancements to the Provider Portal:
- Spoken and written language preference. We have added members’ primary and secondary spoken and written languages to all Provider Portal reports. We hope this addition will streamline communication and identify our members’ language needs.
- Race and ethnicity identification. Provider Portal reports are being updated to include member race and ethnicity. This data may vary from your clinic’s electronic health records. We recommend verifying this information when you see patients at your clinic.
- Alternative contact information. To help keep member contact information current and comprehensive, all Provider Portal reports now include cell phone numbers and email addresses as alternative modes of contact. Please confirm this information with members at each visit, as this information often changes and changes may not be reflected in our system.
- New Linked Members Not Seen by PCP is now available on our Provider Portal. This report can be found under the Linked Member List reports. It helps clinics identify members who have not been seen by their PCP in the last 12 months. It also details whether the member was seen by another provider, including specialists, urgent care, emergency department or a facility that the member is not linked to.
Thank you for helping us provide quality care to our members!
