The Alliance’s Medi-Cal Capacity Grant Program (MCGP) invests in health care and community organizations to address key social drivers that influence health and wellness and improve access to care for Medi-Cal members across Mariposa, Merced, Monterey, San Benito and Santa Cruz counties.
In 2024, the MCGP awarded 218 grants to 124 organizations, totaling $46M. These impactful investments link Medi-Cal members to vital health care and social support services, while strengthening the Medi-Cal delivery system across the five counties we serve.
