The Alliance wishes to extend a warm welcome to our community and provider partners in Mariposa and San Benito counties! We are pleased to announce that the Alliance is the new Medi-Cal health plan for these communities.
Established in 1996 as the locally governed managed care health plan, the Alliance has grown to serve more than 456,000 members in Mariposa, Merced, Monterey, San Benito and Santa Cruz counties.
The Alliance is committed to maintaining a local presence in the communities we serve. Our staff ensures that the care and support our members receive are tailored to the unique needs of each community. We believe in the strength of local connections and providing care that supports the whole person. We go beyond just providing health care, connecting our members to resources that support them in their daily lives.
As part of the Alliance, you join a community-focused network of local doctors, specialists and community partners who are dedicated to ensuring members receive timely access to the right care, at the right time.
Current Medi-Cal beneficiaries in Mariposa and San Benito counties automatically transitioned to the Alliance effective January 1st. They will receive a welcome packet and information on accessing health care as an Alliance member.

Residents who are interested in determining their eligibility for Medi-Cal should contact their local enrollment agency.
