These training sessions will include how to:
- Enter authorizations and referrals, including ECM/CS, DME, diagnostic, pharmacy and inpatient stays.
- Locate and review your submissions (including decisions) and submissions associated with your practice.
- Review episode abstracts entered on any member by any user.
- Respond to requests for further information.
- Upload additional documentation and note “types” needed for new requests as well as follow up/change requests.
- We will also review any FAQs.
