Sharing your feedback, pediatric webinar + breastfeeding support

Don’t miss the Sept. 15 survey deadline!

You should have received a Provider Satisfaction Survey request from our vendor, Press Ganey, via mail and/or phone. Your thoughtful feedback on this survey informs short-term and long-term initiatives at the Alliance. Please make sure your voice is heard by responding by Sept. 15.

For more details about the survey, reference our Provider Digest article from last June.

We appreciate your partnership in providing accessible, quality health care guided by local innovation!

National Breastfeeding Month

August is National Breastfeeding Month. The Alliance has teamed up with Women, Infants and Children (WIC) staff from Merced, Monterey and Santa Cruz counties to promote the benefits of breastfeeding for mothers and babies!

We published a member-facing blog article to share breastfeeding benefits, tips, resources and events in our service areas. The article includes information about our Healthy Moms and Healthy Babies (HMHB) program.

This program helps women get early prenatal and postpartum care, and is offered at no cost to members. To learn more about how to refer members to the HMHB program, visit our provider-facing Health Education page.

Thank you for helping mothers and babies live a healthy life!
