Your Health Matters (YHM), the Alliance outreach program, is providing in-person support to current and potential Alliance members at a flurry of events across Merced, Monterey and Santa Cruz counties!
YHM is a volunteer program made up of Alliance employees committed to making a difference in the lives of our members. This program informs and educates our members and the public about Alliance services and resources. In 2021, we attended 22 outreach events, reached over 9,500 members through call campaigns and reached over 13,500 members across all outreach efforts.
