Effective for dates of service on or after July 1, 2021, the Alliance will be retroactively implementing a temporary rate increase for Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Oxygen and Respiratory due to the ongoing coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) Public Health Emergency (PHE).

The Alliance will be reprocessing claims with dates of service on or after the effective date of this billing policy that were appropriately submitted.
