The Alliance works with local organizations, providers and community leaders to help improve access to quality care for over 440,000 Medi-Cal members across Mariposa, Merced, Monterey, San Benito and Santa Cruz counties.
We recently released our updated 2025 Medi-Cal Fast Facts, which offers a snapshot of our membership, the challenges they face and the investments we’re making in our communities.
Highlights include:
- $2 billion invested in member care—including hospital and physician services, Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports.
- 41% of members are under age 19, and more than 56,000 are seniors or people with disabilities.
- Chronic conditions like hypertension, diabetes, and substance use disorders remain prevalent. We continue to focus on programs that improve outcomes and meet local needs.
Thank you for your continued dedication to advancing whole-person care, reducing health disparities and helping our vision come to life: Healthy people. Healthy communities.
