Applications are now being accepted for the Data Sharing Support (DSS) Program. DSS Program grants will fund projects that support providers in sharing real-time health care data and connecting to a heath information exchange (HIE) to help providers meet the state’s Data Exchange Framework (DxF) requirements.
Applications are currently being accepted from Mariposa, Merced, Monterey, San Benito and Santa Cruz counties.

Who is eligible for a DSS grant?
DSS grants can be used to support data sharing projects for the following Alliance contracted provider types:
- Long-term care facilities.
- Primary care providers.
- Pediatric providers.
- Skilled nursing facilities.
- Hospitals.
