The Alliance’s provider payment vendor, Change Healthcare, is currently experiencing technical difficulties that are causing a delay in payments to our providers. We’re working closely with Change Healthcare to monitor this situation. We will update providers as soon as more information is available regarding impact to payment timelines and when the issue will be resolved.
