It’s important to keep your address and phone number up to date with the Alliance. That way, we can send you important mail about your health, including Medi-Cal renewal information so you stay covered by Medi-Cal.

We also send texts to members about benefits, services and other important topics. If your phone number is up to date with us, we can share how the Alliance can support your health!

Why keep your information updated?

Each year, you need to renew your Medi-Cal coverage. The Alliance and your county will send information about your Medi-Cal by mail. If you have moved or your address has changed, you will need to tell the Alliance and your county office. Learn how to keep your family covered on our website.

If we have the right phone number to reach you, we will text you when you need to renew your Medi-Cal. Alliance texts will come from the short code 59849.

How to update contact information

Contact both the Alliance and your county’s Medi-Cal office if you have changes to your address or phone number.

Update with the Alliance

Fill out this form to update your address and/or phone number with the Alliance. You can also call Member Services to update your information. Call 800-700-3874 (TTY: Dial 711), Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Update with the county

Make sure your county Medi-Cal office has your current name, address, phone number, email address or other contact information if it has changed. You can give your county your information by mail, phone, in person or online.
