New Member Welcome Packet Delay

New Alliance members: There have been unexpected delays in the mailing of new member welcome packets. If you became an Alliance member on January 1, you can expect to get your Alliance ID card and welcome packet in the mail during the week of January 15, 2024.

This does not affect your health care benefits. You can still get care. If you have a health emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

If you have questions, please go to our Get Started page to learn more about your health plan. You can also call our Member Services team Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at 800-700-3874. For the Hearing or Speech Assistance Line, call 800-735-2929 (TTY: Dial 711).
