Transparency in Coverage (CMS Final Rule 9915) Machine-readable Files

The Final Rule requires plans and issuers to disclose in-network provider negotiated rates and historical out-of-network allowed amounts through two machine-readable files posted on an internet website, thereby allowing the public to have access to health coverage information. Carelon Behavioral Health Machine-readable Files

The following files include Alliance Care IHSS behavioral health information from Carelon Behavioral Health, the Alliance’s Managed Behavioral Health Organization, related to their providers’ pricing information for:

• Carelon Out-Of-Network Allowed Amounts
• Carelon In-Network Negotiated Rates
