Salinas, Calif., Oct. 18, 2022 — In partnership with VIDA Monterey County, VNA, Monterey County Health Department and United Way Monterey County, Central California Alliance for Health (the Alliance) will hold two community vaccine clinics on Nov. 3 and Dec 1 at their Salinas office.
Community members ages 2 and older can attend two no-cost clinics to get flu and COVID-19 vaccines. The clinics will take place on Nov. 3 and Dec. 1 from 3 to 6 p.m. Both clinics will be at the Alliance’s Monterey County office in Salinas at 950 East Blanco Road. Anyone in the community can come and no appointment is required.

Getting vaccinated is the most effective way to prevent getting seriously ill from the flu or COVID-19. It is safe and easy to receive both the COVID-19 and flu vaccines at the same time. And with flu season usually peaking in February, it’s best to get vaccinated against the flu in the fall to ensure protection.
