Life’s ups and downs can sometimes feel hard to handle. It’s okay to ask for help. Taking care of your mental health is important for overall health. Behavioral health includes mental health, alcohol or drug use and how you handle stress.
If you are feeling sad, anxious, depressed or struggling with substance use, you are not alone! We can help. As an Alliance member, you can get help for mental health and substance use disorders.
If you or a family member is struggling or in crisis, call or text 988. The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is available in English and Spanish. If you are having a health emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Support for older adults
Mental health is important at every stage of life. As we get older, things like retirement, health concerns or loss can affect how we feel. These changes can sometimes lead to sadness, stress, anxiety or feeling alone.
Getting behavioral health care can help you cope with these changes, stay connected to others and keep a positive outlook. Talking to a doctor can also help prevent small concerns from becoming bigger health issues.
