Dental, Vision and Hearing Benefits
Dental
With TotalCare, you still get dental benefits through Medi-Cal. Most dental services are covered by the Medi-Cal Dental Program. TotalCare covers dental services in some cases. See your Member Handbook for details. To get dental care, show your Medi-Cal Benefits Identification Card (BIC) to your dental provider.

Vision
To learn more or to find a vision provider near you:

Hearing
TotalCare pays for hearing and balance exams if your doctor or other health care provider orders these tests to see if you need medical treatment. A referral may be required.
Medi-Cal covers hearing aids when prescribed by a doctor or other qualified provider, Check your Member Handbook for information on what’s covered and how to receive services.
