Power outage
Due to weather conditions and fire risk, PG&E is turning off power in certain areas within our service area. View the PG&E website to learn more.
IMPORTANT: If PG&E needs to turn off power in an area for safety, all PG&E customers who receive power in that area will be affected.
If you require power for your medical needs, you may be eligible for PG&E’s Medical Baseline Program. If you are a Medical Baseline customer, your power can still be shut off during a Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS), but PG&E will provide advanced notice. This will give you more time to prepare.
Visit the Medical Baseline Program website to learn more about the guidelines. To sign up, complete a Medical Baseline Program Application form or call PG&E at 800-743-5000.
