If you receive an Alliance Medi-Cal renewal text message and need support, you may call the phone number included in the text message to speak with Angelica. Alliance staff may also share this number with you if you ask for help with your renewal.
Angelica is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in English and Spanish. She can answer your questions about your Medi-Cal renewal packet. If you need more help, Angelica can connect you with a local organization in your county that may provide in-person assistance.
