We’re making a change that will help us better serve our members and strengthen our community partnerships. Starting July 1, 2025, the Alliance will begin managing behavioral health services for our members directly. These services are currently provided through Carelon.
Bringing behavioral health care in-house allows us to better align mental and physical health services and deliver whole-person care. Our goal is to make access to care easier, improve care coordination and support improved outcomes for the communities we serve.
This milestone reflects our long-term commitment to expanding access to high-quality, integrated care. Learn more by visiting our Behavioral Health FAQ page.
Thank you for partnering with us as we take this important step forward in supporting behavioral health across our region.
