The Mobile Care Clinic travels throughout Merced County with a highly skilled health care team and a community health navigator.

- June 23: El Nido School, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- June 24: Yosemite Church PVT Event, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- June 25: Salvation Army, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- June 26: Applegate Park, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- June 29: D Street Shelter, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- June 30: Los Banos Police Department, 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
The following services are available:
- Bilingual staff (English/Spanish).
- Evaluation and treatment of episodic medical conditions.
- Identification of medical homes for those patients with chronic needs.
- Identification of social services and resources in the community.
- Blood pressure screenings.
- BMI screenings.
- Glucose screenings.
- Social services referrals.
- Health insurance enrollment referrals.
- Community resources referrals.
