Nurse Advice Line
If you or your child is sick or have medical questions, call the Alliance Nurse Advice Line at 844-971-8907 (TTY: Dial 711). The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at no cost to you. A registered nurse is ready to answer your health care questions and help you with what to do next.
Behavioral Health Services
If you would like to talk to someone about coping with anxiety or depression, please call Beacon at 855-765-9700. Beacon can help you with a referral for individual therapy, visits with a psychiatrist and psychological testing. They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For Alliance Care IHSS members:
Central California Alliance for Health has activated the emergency services to allow the appropriate submission clarification code to override certain denials for members displaced by the storms. In addition to these emergency service overrides, the Alliance always allows a 5-day emergency supply for members. Pharmacies are to contact MedImpact at (800) 788-2949 or enter submission clarification code to override certain denials.
