New name, same behavioral health services

Beacon Health Options, the company that manages Alliance behavioral health services, has changed its name to Carelon Behavioral Health. The services and phone number for members to get mental health services will remain the same.

As part of their health plan, Alliance members have access to services such as:

  • Individual or group therapy.
  • Visits with a psychiatrist.
  • Psychological testing.
  • Treatment related to autism (ages 3–20).
  • Emotional support during and after pregnancy through the child’s first year of life.

Call Carelon Behavioral Health at 855-765-9700. This toll-free number is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
