Supporting members’ behavioral health during the holidays

Community Icon

For many people, the holidays can exacerbate feelings of anxiety and depression. The Alliance is committed to ensuring members get the care and support they need this holiday season.

The Alliance offers services to support members’ mental and emotional well-being year-round through our partner, Carelon Behavioral Health. Carelon’s services include:

  • Individual and group therapy.
  • Psychiatric visits.
  • Psychological testing.
  • Autism services.

These services are part of behavioral health care, which includes mental health and behavioral concerns and issues with substance use. Our website includes information on behavioral health care for members and providers.

To connect with Carelon Behavioral Health, members can call 855-765-9700, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Members can also call Alliance Member Services at 800-700-3874, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Our blog post for members shares how to get behavioral health services and what to do if they are having a mental health emergency.

If you would like to share this information with Alliance members, we have behavioral health flyers available to print in English, Spanish and Hmong.
