Care can’t wait

Community Icon

Life can be busy and unpredictable. Between work, family responsibilities and daily stress, preventive care is often delayed. Yet timely care plays an important role in preventing more serious health concerns and maintaining long-term health outcomes.

That is why the Alliance is launching a new campaign called “Care can’t wait” to reinforce that timely care is essential. Over the next several months, you may see this message reflected across our communications, including newsletters, social media, web content and text outreach. The intent is clear: encourage members to stay engaged in their care and schedule recommended visits and screenings before small concerns become more serious.

Why this matters now

Many members are navigating change and uncertainty. During times like these, routine checkups, vaccines and screenings can fall behind. When preventive care is postponed, health risks can increase and more complex needs can emerge.

Consistent, steady messaging helps maintain engagement and reinforces trust. By keeping care top of mind, we can help members stay connected to providers and access services at the right time.

How you can support

Small actions can make a meaningful difference. We encourage partners to reinforce the importance of:

  • Scheduling well visits, including necessary back-to-school checkups.
  • Staying up to date on recommended vaccines.
  • Completing routine screenings.
  • Encouraging members to ask questions when visiting their doctor.

Together, we can help ensure members receive timely care and continue building healthier communities across our service area.

For questions, members can contact Alliance Member Services at 800-700-3874 (TTY: 711), Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Members can visit our checkups page for more information on the importance of regular visits to the doctor.
