Monterey County Community Action Commission (MCCAP) is asking both staff and clients of community organizations to participate in the Community Needs Assessment, which helps inform 2024-26 funding decisions. This survey provides an opportunity to identify services needed in our community and to reaffirm the need for existing services. MCCAP administers approximately $500,000 annually for services in Monterey County that support residents living in poverty.
