Mercado Night Market
When: September 1, 6-9 p.m.
Where: Downtown Merced on Main Street from M-K streets and Canal Street from 18th St. to Bob Hart Square.
- Evening opening with Jesus “Chiquito” Haro, WBC Youth Minimum Weight World Champion sparring match.
- Dance performances.

A Day in Culture/Un Dia En Cultura

Join Merced County Department of Public Health, local community-based organizations and local businesses as we celebrate a day of culture, food and fun. COVID-19 vaccinations are available for everyone ages 6 months and older at no cost.

Seniors and Veterans Connect Resource Fair
When: September 1, 12-3 p.m.
Where: Seaside Room, Monterey County Fairgrounds
This event connects seniors and veterans with over 35 community services and programs! There will be giveaways, health screenings, live entertainment and complimentary snacks. End of Summer Celebration

This outdoor event builds connections to support the mental health and well-being of children, adults and families. There will be more than 35 community resource booths, live music, activities and raffles!
Oaxaca by the Sea

This free, family-friendly event celebrates Oaxacan culture! The city of Seaside will be signing its “sister city” agreement with Oaxaca de Juárez, Mexico, during this event.
