With the holiday season approaching and the end of the year nearing, we want to ensure that practices have ample time to schedule patient visits and close care gaps. To facilitate this, our internal team will extract the data from the Data Submission Tool (DST) a week earlier than usual. As a result, paid claims and data uploaded to the DST by Nov. 21, 2024 will be included in the December reports.
Please note that any data submitted after the extraction date will not be reflected in the December Quality Reports but will be displayed in the January report.
