All CBI payments to be made through ECHO Health, Inc.

Central California Alliance for Health (the Alliance) will be providing all provider payments, including Care Based Incentive (CBI) payments, through our payment vendor, ECHO Health, Inc. The Alliance is no longer providing paper checks for CBI and pass-through payments.

Providers will be paid via the method they select through ECHO Health (virtual credit card, electronic funds transfer or paper checks). If you haven’t set up electronic payments and would like to enroll for EFT, you may do so on the ECHO Health website. If you wish to change your payment method, please call ECHO Health at 888-983-5574. Providers that are eligible to receive Care Based Incentive payments will be paid through ECHO Health based on your current preferred method of payment.

You will be able to view all supplemental and incentive payments through the ECHO Health platform by logging into your existing account. Here, you can access detailed explanations of payment for each transaction.
